During my weekend trip in Toronto I decided to take a day trip to the Niagara Falls.
The day started super early, after a breakfast I took a walk to the Greyhound station. I went to the US-side of the Niagara Falls back in 2016 and had the Canadian side on my bucket list ever since. Luckily I was able to sleep almost the entire bus ride.
I decided against a Public transport bus ticket and instead walked along the river towards the Niagara Falls, which gave me the opportunity for a lot of pictures and nice views.
I bought the tickets for the Hornblower Cruise online already and therefor got to skip the ticket line and go straight to the boat line. The tour was super fun and I can totally recommend it. But be aware, I was soaking wet by the time I got off the boat, which dried pretty quickly thanks to all the wind.
I decided to walk more alongside the river towards the waterfalls and stopped many times to take pictures. I either asked other people to take pictures of me or put my camera with wifi-option onto those lookout things and took pictures with the app on my phone.
After a small shopping at the Table Rock Welcome Center, I decided to head back towards the bus and soak in the atmosphere some more. Since the Rainbow Bridge was next to my way I decided to leave Canada and just turn around on the bridge and walk back to get my Canada stamp and it was successful *yeay*. The view from the bridge is pretty awesome as well.
I also stopped at the Hershey Store for some snacks and a picture with a giant Hershey Kiss.
I got to the bus stop in time for my bus and sadly the bus didn’t have wifi or any other entertainment so the ride was really boring. Back in Toronto, I stopped at the City Hall again for some pictures at night time, before I went back to the hostel and straight to bed.
