My first weekend off I spent with a fellow Au Pair on the road. We stopped in Flagstaff for the night, but our final destination was the Grand Canyon.
We left Phoenix Friday night and stayed the night in Flagstaff. After breakfast the next morning we headed to the Grand Canyon. We stopped when we saw a group of girls on the side of the road, but we were unable to help them and therefor continued our Roadtrip.
At the Grand Canyon we simple parked the car and took the shuttle buses (they are free) and used them as hop on hop off buses for different View Points of the Grand Canyon. The Grand Canyon was pretty breathtaking and amazing to see.
We spent way more time on our way home, since traffic was really bad, so that we fell straight into bed when we got home.
